RSS
To read stuff in this site, the easiest way is of course to open the site, go to the posts page, and click on any article you’re interested in reading. But what if you want to keep up-to-date with new content on this site? Of course you can set a reminder to open the site once in a while, but that would become tedious real quick.
Here is where RSS comes to the rescue. RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication, which is a special format that defines website updates. They can be accessed through a news aggregator, which usually goes by names like “feed”, “reader”, “news” or “rss”. They can be in the form of browser addons, standalone apps or web services.
(Do note however that the feed is technically an Atom feed, which differs with RSS mainly on technical details, and most readers support both.)
